Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dis Entetainment LLC. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled after design approval has been confirmed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The item is significantly different from what was described or shown
Refunds are NOT available for:
• Custom or personalized orders that were produced as approved
• Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
• Minor variations in sizing within industry-standard tolerances
• Items returned without prior authorization from our team
• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
3. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. To submit a request:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your refund request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a cash refund. Store credit will be issued via a unique discount code and does not expire. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.
7. Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Gift cards and store credit
• Customized or personalized products manufactured to your specifications
• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
